Delivery/ returns

Delivery

Delivery is by either Royal Mail Tracked, or Evri.
Dispatch time is approximately 1 - 4 working days subject to stock availability.  The Fleece Stirrup covers and protectors which are made to order and have a dispatch time of 2 - 7 working days.


Returns

Returns accepted within 38 days of purchase.
All items must be returned in a clean and an unused condition in the original packaging with labels attached.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above criteria for example worn items or items without the original label.

We are currently unable to offer free return postage, you are responsible for the return postage cost, we recommend using a tracked service and obtain proof of postage.  Please be aware you are responsible for the returned item until it reaches us.
If an item is deemed faulty we will refund your postage costs once we have recieved the item.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds (minus the original postage cost) will be made to the original payment method within 5 days of us taking delivery of the return.
